The 10th ANKOS Annual Meeting was held on 06-09 May 2010, hosted by Istanbul Technical University. At the same time, ANKOS celebrated its 10th anniversary, and the historical and cultural richness of Istanbul was tried to be revealed due to the fact that Istanbul was the European Capital of Culture.

ANKOS Workshop was attended by ANKOS employees between the dates of 20-24 October 2010 at Kilis 7 Aralık University. Following the opening speech of ANKOS President Gültekin GÜRDAL, all Database Officers participating in the workshop gave information about the databases they are responsible for and expressed the problems they faced. After the presentations about “VTS Guide”, “VTS Broker and Publisher Relations”, “VTS Announcement Format and Content Information,, VTS Member relations were discussed.

ICOLC Europe (World Consortium Association) meeting was held on 3-6 October 2010 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In this meeting which was held with the participation of approximately 110 people from 30 countries, ANKOS; ANKOS President Gültekin Gürdal and ANKOS Database Evaluation Group member Sami Çuhadar.

The General Assembly held by the Anatolian University Libraries Consortium (ANKOS) at its annual meetings could not be held due to the 10th anniversary celebrations held in May this year. For this reason, this year's General Assembly meeting which was held with the participation of ANKOS members was held on 01-03 November 2010 in IC Hotels Family Resort - Belek - Antalya.
