Following the opening speeches; Handan UĞUR (Istanbul Technical University) “E-Books Where are they running to” is in the presentation, explaining the e-book consortium The usage of e-books difficulties in the implementation of the consortium, e-books process of providing the world with the criteria to be considered and e-books in Turkey status and future issues.
