The fifth ANKOS Personnel Exchange Program was held in Ankara between 22-26 August 2016 with the hosting of Middle East Technical University, Hacettepe University and Atılım University.
The meeting was held with universities a total of 8 people attended, including some in person from 3 to 5 from Azerbaijan and Turkey. The program exchanged information on issues ranging from periodicals, electronic resources, advisory services, open access, RDA to social media.
