The sixth 2018 ANKOSLink International Conference was held on 17 – 20 April at the Maritim Congress Center in Antalya. The theme of this year’s conference was “The Door To Research: Libraries”. In today’s world where universities compete with each other more and more, research, research outputs, research data, open science and different roles that libraries can take on these issues are the subjects we all wonder and want to learn. In this respect, research areas have been opened in our campuses to provide services that extend beyond our library buildings and to change the perception of our managers about libraries. During ANKOSLink 2018, changing roles, open science, open access, presentations of ANKOS working groups and many other topics were handled in the libraries that closely concern our university libraries.
ANKOSLink2018 won the best poster award from the 16th nominee poster in our poster session, which received great attention last year within the scope of ANKOSLink2018, “1 Library, 1 World TED from TED University. In addition, for the first time in ANKOSLink2018, ANKOS was supported with the üye 6 Accommodation Scholarship ında in the 6th year of ANKOSLink. In the ANKOSLink2018 International Conference, 1 workshop, 5 presentations, 4 panels and 1 seminar were coordinated by ANKOS and 41 presentations were made by companies.
