An annual ANKOS workshop was held between 10-12 August 2017, hosted by Abant Izzet Baysal University, where the 2017 studies on the selection and planning of electronic resources needed by our universities were evaluated and the 2018 targets were determined.
The workshop was organized with the participation of ANKOS volunteers with the theme “Restructuring of libraries: the role of consortia”. Many topics such as database bargaining processes, experiences & strategies, cost sharing, pricing models VTS responsibilities and VTS member relationships were discussed and the last day ANKOS Working Groups annual evaluation meeting was held.
