During the meeting, the ANKOS delegation extended their congratulations to Prof. Dr. Erol \u00d6ZVAR on his new term and held comprehensive discussions on the ongoing projects and collaborations aimed at enhancing the development of university libraries.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1466\">Throughout the meeting, information was shared on ANKOS\u2019s activities in the areas of <strong data-start=\"1022\" data-end=\"1045\">database agreements<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1090\">Open Access and \u201cRead &amp; Publish\u201d models<\/strong>, and efforts to <strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1200\">strengthen access to scholarly information among higher education institutions in T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1268\">develop sustainable models for electronic resource procurement<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1310\">enhance interlibrary cooperation<\/strong>. The parties also exchanged views on fostering collaboration in <strong data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1395\">resource sharing<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1426\">digital transformation<\/strong> across higher education institutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1870\">During the visit, detailed information was also provided about the <strong data-start=\"1535\" data-end=\"1577\">ANKOSLink2025 International Conference<\/strong>, which will be held on <strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1623\">November 4\u20136, 2025<\/strong>, under the theme <em data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1698\">\u201cLibrary 5.0 and Human-Centered Digital Transformation\u201d<\/em> in collaboration with the <strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1758\">Presidential Nation\u2019s Library<\/strong>.
