As part of the program, high-level discussions were conducted at the National Aviation Academy (MAA) and Baku State University (BSU).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"517\"><strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"515\">Visit to the National Aviation Academy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"1132\">On August 18, 2025, \u00c7etinkaya visited the National Aviation Academy, where he met with the First Vice-Rector of the Academy, Prof. \u018fdal\u0259t S\u0259m\u0259dov, Vice-Rector Assoc. Prof. G\u00fclnar\u0259 \u018fhm\u0259dova, and Library Director G\u00fcnel \u015e\u0131x\u0259liyeva. The meeting focused on potential cooperation between ANKOS and MAA, including access to scientific journals, publishing, joint projects in the field of librarianship, and mutual exchange of experience. In addition, representatives of the Academy were invited to attend the ANKOSLink2025 International Conference, which will be held at the Presidential Library on November 4\u20136, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ankos.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/MAA2.jpg\" width=\"680\" height=\"510\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ankos.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/MAA3.jpg\" width=\"681\" height=\"511\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ankos.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/MAA4.jpg\" width=\"679\" height=\"509\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"81\" data-end=\"117\"><strong data-start=\"81\" data-end=\"115\">Visit to Baku State University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"686\">The second stop of \u00c7etinkaya\u2019s visit was Baku State University. The university\u2019s rector, Prof. Dr. El\u00e7in Babayev, welcomed the guest and spoke about the role of library services in the university\u2019s digitalization process. Babayev emphasized that the Baku State University Scientific Library has served as a methodological center for higher education libraries across the country for more than 50 years and that national cooperation has been strengthened through the Azerbaijan Library Information Consortium (AzK\u0130K), which currently includes 15 member universities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"1036\">ANKOS President \u00c7etinkaya, in turn, highlighted the contributions of the annually held ANKOSLink Conference in T\u00fcrkiye to the regional and international library community.
