In addition, the draft program is completed and you can access the draft program from the website.<\/p>\n<p>The 5th Meeting of the National Open Access Conference will be hosted by T\u00dcB\u0130TAK on Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Feza G\u00fcrsey Hall, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK, Ankara.<\/p>\n<p>It is very important that you register for the meeting preparations.
